
- Lay your sweet potato on its side.
- Cut off both ends.
- Stand it upright on a flat end.
- Cut down through the middle to halve.
- Lay the halves on the flat side and slice lengthwise making thin planks.
- Cut each plank into thin strips a Julienne!
